The team at Locatify has been working hard the last few months to make a brand new Help Center containing all our FAQ (now called Articles) and a community forum as well.
We‘re really excited to see the community forum in action and hope that with time, it will turn into a vibrant community with stories, anecdotes, tips & tricks on how you, our beloved customers, use TurfHunt & SmartGuide!
To get started with posting in the community, head over to www.support.locatify.com and make an account. This Help Center is not connected with our CMS so you will have to make a new account with your email and password, but we hope it‘ll be worth it.
It should now be easier than ever to find the articles you‘re looking for by using the search bar, or by selecting the category on the front page.
If you want to ask a question or get support regarding an issue, click on “Submit a request” in the upper right-hand corner.
We‘ve also installed a new chatbot which should help you find the answers you‘re looking for or transfer you to an agent if that is what you want. We are constantly improving the content and answers but if there‘s something you think we should add to the chatbot or articles, please let us know by filling out this super short feedback form.
