When you interact with our treasure hunt games, certain player information is temporarily gathered and some of it is securely sent to our server for processing and storage.

• Player Profiles: Information like player names, optional email addresses, and gameplay history is stored securely on our servers.
• Uploaded Content: Photos or videos submitted for challenges are stored for a limited period as outlined in our privacy policy.

We Don’t Collect or Store

We don’t handle any financial data or save user location data. User location is only monitored within the app to automatically trigger location-based content.

Player Information Retention and Removal

For anonymous players, player-generated content stored on our servers is removed automatically 90 days after the game is played.Player information gets deleted automatically in several instances:

• The game admin removes the game or the player from the game.
• Anonymous player’s content is deleted automatically after 90 days.
• Anonymous player accounts are deleted automatically after 90 days of inactivity.
  
• Players with registered email accounts can delete their content through an email verification process.

Requested Data Deletion

Players who have signed up in-app with an email address (only some Locatify branded apps support it) can delete their account and all associated data upon request. This is done from our website with an email verification process.

Enhancing User Experience

To improve our apps, we collect anonymous analytics via Google’s Firebase service. This data solely serves to enhance your experience and is not shared with third parties.
