Jane Dolven sent us this great news.
Just a small sunshine report for you…
We have a national event called “the Geology day” (Geologiens dag – http://www.geologi.no/geologiens-dag) in Norway. In Gea Norvegica Geopark we had the event on Sunday 15 sept at the locality called Mølen, located on the coast. I had made a TurfHunt-game (for families) and a “Natursti” as well (for young kids), and Henrik, one of our geopark guides, gave a guided tour for adults.
The weather was not good – 12 m/sec wind and rain. However, we had lots of visitors. More than 70 people came and many of them tested the TurfHunt. They all loved it! We even had a reporter from a local newspaper coming and she was so exited about the game so she wrote a two page story about our event. The TurfHunt worked great! And luckily we had invested in the Griffin Survivor cases for the iPads to keep them dry in the rain :-)
